Longton VM Refund Policy Tickets Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once you have purchased tickets for an event, they can only be exchanged, refunded or returned in the circumstances described below: If the event is cancelled, we will contact you and issue a refund If the event is rescheduled, we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. Refund requests will be accepted up until 1 week before the date of the revised event or 1 week after notification of the change (whichever is the later) unless otherwise advised. We are unable to refund requests that are received after this time. The following also applies to ticket purchases: There will be no refund for lost, stolen or damaged tickets There will be no refund if you find out later you cannot attend the event for any reason.
