Quiz Night - Every Thursday - Starts 9.00 pm
Thursday nights at Longton VM are synonymous with fun, excitement, and a battle of wits at our

raising funds for BBC Children in Need. Participants and supporters alike gather for an
exhilarating day and night of non-stop table tennis action, all in the name of charity.
Teams of enthusiastic players take to the tables, trading serves and smashes in an epic display
of skill and endurance. The energy is palpable as players push themselves to the limit, fueled by
the knowledge that every point scored contributes to a greater cause.
As the hours tick by, the tournament becomes a test of both physical stamina and mental
fortitude, with players digging deep to keep the momentum going. Spectators cheer on their

Club President Robert Farron’s Charity Night promises an unforgettable evening of
entertainment and philanthropy, headlined by the guest group Contraband, back by popular
demand. Prepare for a night of dynamic performances and infectious rhythms as Contraband
takes the stage, captivating audiences with their electrifying music and stage presence.
In addition to the stellar musical lineup, the event features a charity raffle in support of cerebral
palsy, providing attendees with an opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying the
festivities. With fantastic prizes up for grabs, from luxury gift baskets to exclusive experiences,
there's something for everyone to bid on and win.Tickets for this charitable extravaganza are
priced at £10 with no concessions, ensuring that all proceeds go towards supporting individuals
